Just remove the screw-on cap, attach the included water funnel, and add whatever amount of water feels most comfortable for you. (Example: it takes just 3 quarts of water for medium firmness.)
After pouring in the water, press your hands across the pillow to remove any remaining air from the water pouch, screw the cap back on and get ready to relax!
Features a 180 thread-count cotton cover and hypoallergenic polyester fill. Washable.
