  •        Use of personal information that you may submit through this website is governed by the withoutboundaries.com Privacy Policy. We will not sell or otherwise distribute your personal contact information! This is a secure site...shop with confidence!



  • Shipping & Delivery

  •        Currently we ship only to street addresses in the Continental U.S. -- and ALL ground shipping costs (UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or Priority Mail) are included in the price. Our aim is to process each order in 1-2 days; however, orders are not processed on weekends.

          Standard Ground delivery usually comes in 1-5 business days after that, depending on location. (Two items come from HealthCraft in Canada take 3-4 days longer to arrive, but they are worth waiting for.)

          Our innovative products come directly from the source, and in some cases can arrive in one day after being shipped if being delivered in the same state! Coast-to-coast usually takes 5 business days, unless our Vendor Partner has more than one shipping point.

          Check to see where your item is coming from -- as noted in the product description -- and you will have a good idea of how long it will take...often negating the need for expedited shipping. If you do wish expedited shipping for some reason, email us with your ZIP CODE for an estimate.

  • Return Policy

  •        We aim to provide high-quality products plus a high-quality buying experience, at all costs. At the same time, some of our products have a home health, hygienic element to them, and they cannot be returned if opened/used
    -- standard practice in the Home Health Care Industry. Bathroom Safety products, for example, are not returnable -- which we are sure you can appreciate. Some products, all Stander products, for example, are returnable.

           For those reasons, it is very important that you read product specifications/directions carefully, and take accurate measurements if appropriate before ordering. For our part, we will answer questions you
    may have to expedite quality use of our innovative home assistive/mobility solutions -- including follow-up support.

           We will also make every effort to replace any product that arrives damaged or is otherwise not up to specifications. And we will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If you have any such a concern, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product so we can solve any problems.

          If your product is eligible for exchange or refund, we will issue a Return Authorization Number. Without that number, a return cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer if that customer simply doesn't want the item. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
